Our Classes
Vinyasa Yoga
A flowing, energising practice connecting movement with breath. Vinyasa Flow classes are designed to help you build strength, improve flexibility and mobility, and create space to switch off from everyday life.
Whether you’re joining an early morning flow before work, taking an hour for yourself after the school drop-off, or unwinding with an evening flow after a busy day, each class gives you time to move, breathe and reset.
Classes are welcoming and adaptable, with options offered throughout so you can practise in a way that feels right for your body.

Baby Massage
A nurturing course based on the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM) programme, founded by Vimala McClure.
Over the course, parents learn gentle massage techniques that can support bonding and attachment, relaxation, sleep, digestion and relief from wind and tummy discomfort, while learning to recognise and respond to their baby’s individual cues.
Baby Massage is completely baby-led, so feeding, sleeping, crying and cuddles are always welcome.
Just as importantly, the course creates a relaxed space to meet other mums and parents, share experiences and enjoy some dedicated one-to-one time with your baby.
Prenatal Yoga
A supportive yoga practice created specifically for pregnancy, giving you time each week to slow down, connect with your changing body and prepare for birth and motherhood.
Classes combine pregnancy-safe yoga poses, gentle movement, breathwork, relaxation and meditation, with a focus on creating space in the body, supporting common pregnancy discomforts and calming the nervous system.
Prenatal Yoga is also a lovely opportunity to connect with other expectant mums in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Mammy & Baby Yoga
A relaxed, baby-friendly class designed specifically for the postpartum period, where both mum and baby are part of the practice.
Classes combine postnatal yoga, gentle strengthening, stretching, breathing and relaxation, alongside poses and movements that include your baby, encouraging bonding, play and connection.
There is no expectation for babies to be quiet or settled.
Feeding, changing, cuddling and taking breaks are all part of the class. It’s also a welcoming space to meet other mums, chat and enjoy some time for yourself without having to leave your baby behind.
Monthly Workshops
Zen Studio workshops offer an opportunity to slow things down and explore the quieter, more restorative side of yoga.
Full Moon Restorative
A deeply calming practice designed around rest, stillness and reflection. Expect supported restorative poses, gentle breathwork, meditation and plenty of time to simply switch off. A chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life and leave feeling rested and grounded.
Yin & Yoga Nidra
A slow, meditative practice combining the long-held, floor-based poses of Yin Yoga with the deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.
The first part of the workshop allows time to gently settle into the body through Yin before finishing with a guided Yoga Nidra practice, creating space for complete physical and mental rest.
